Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Quotr mobile application or website at quotr.software. By using Quotr, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Quotr, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use Quotr.

2. Description of Service

Quotr is an AI-powered quoting application for trade professionals. The service allows users to:

• Upload photos of job sites for AI-powered quote generation
• Create, edit, and manage professional quotes
• Generate and send PDF quotes to customers
• Manage customer information
• Integrate with third-party field service management tools

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Quotr. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Paid Subscription

After the trial period, continued use of Quotr requires a paid subscription at €24.99 per month. Payment is processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Quotr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use Quotr for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Share your account credentials with others

6. AI-Generated Content

Quotr uses artificial intelligence to generate quote suggestions based on your photos and inputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated quotes are suggestions only and may not be accurate
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all quotes before sending them to customers
• Quotr is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding quoting and contracting in your jurisdiction

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Quotr, including photos, customer data, and quote information. By using Quotr, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

8. Intellectual Property

Quotr and all associated trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Quotr. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our intellectual property except as necessary to use the service.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Quotr may integrate with third-party services such as Jobber. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

Quotr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated quotes or any business decisions you make based on them.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quotr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@quotr.software. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of Quotr after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
