Quotr ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Quotr mobile application and website at quotr.software.

Information you provide directly

• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register
• Profile information: Company name, phone number, city, and trade category
• Job photos: Photos you upload for AI quote generation
• Customer data: Names, addresses, and contact details of your customers
• Quote data: Job descriptions, line items, and pricing information

Information collected automatically

• Device information: Device type, operating system, and app version
• Usage data: Features used, actions taken, and session duration
• Push notification tokens: To send you relevant notifications (with your permission)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the Quotr service
• Generate AI-powered quotes from your photos using the Anthropic Claude API
• Send quotes and PDFs to your customers on your behalf
• Sync data with third-party integrations you enable (e.g. Jobber)
• Send you service-related notifications and updates
• Provide customer support
• Comply with legal obligations

3. AI Processing

When you upload photos for quote generation, those images are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not store your photos permanently — they are used solely for the purpose of generating your quote and are not used to train AI models.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Your quote data, customer information, and profile data are stored on Supabase's servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple (in-app purchases)
• Third-party integrations: If you connect Jobber or other services, data is shared with those services as needed to provide the integration
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
